BACKGROUND
With a young and growing population, India is home to a large talent pool of skilled workers.
This demographic dividend is a potential engine for economic growth in India and in the rest of the world, especially as developed and developing countries are currently facing an acute shortage of quality workers in critical sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing and agriculture. India’s large and growing population of young and skilled workers can help fill these gaps.
To make India a preferred hub for skilled workforce globally, Dynamis Global Consulting is working on several initiatives to train Indian workers to international standards and prepare them for rewarding careers overseas.
Our mission is to train Indian workers to international standards and provide them a platform to connect to employment opportunities globally.
Our healthcare program is designed to overcome the enormous shortage of trained healthcare staff faced by many countries post Covid.
CURRENT PROGRAMS
Working with our training partners, we train Indian healthcare workers to work in the UK and Germany through specialist training delivered in India by overseas qualified trainers.
In addition to language and technical skills, we also identified a significant “soft skills” and “culture” gap that acts as an impediment for Indian workers in international markets. Therefore, our training is specially designed to bridge these gaps and prepare them for a successful career abroad. For the employer, it translates into lower staff shortages, higher employee retention rates, increased productivity and better care outcomes.
