Our training is an immersive 150+ hours of learning and hands-on training, delivered by certified trainers to prepare caregivers and nurses for an international career. It is a mix of online and in-person training that includes modules on cultural immersion, accent and soft skills, resume building, interview training and technical training.

Our trainers collectively bring over 90 years of expertise in health and social care. With a specialized focus on dementia training and an integrated Western approach to social care, the program is a collaboration between educators and social care professionals.

The in-person training is delivered at a renowned NABH accredited, multi-specialty hospital in India.
